10am - Transfer equipment and gear to site 

11am - Crew Arrive at site and Setup site

12pm -3pm - Competitors Arrive

3pm - All Competitors & Crew MUST be onsite 

4pm - Mandatory Meeting all crew and competitors

5pm - Gates Open

5:30pm - 6:30pm Classes 1 - 10

9am - All Crew and Competitors must be onsite

10am -  Mandatory Meeting all crew and competitors

11am - Gates Open

12pm - Opening Ceremony 

2pm - Joust Session 1

4pm - Joust Session 2

6pm - Joust Session 3

7pm - Tear Down and Pack
